My personal training certification is through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), which is thought by many experts in the field to be the best in the My daughter and I in Coloradoindustry.  In addition to my certifications, I have extensive amounts of education in the areas of Nutrition, Fat Loss, Functional Training, Core Training/Stability as well as many others.  I have been a certified personal trainer for over 6 years. 
 
Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to train people from all walks of life ranging from stay-at-home moms to business owners and CEO's to collegiate athletes and everywhere in between.  And within those different types of clientel, I've trained people whose goals range from fat loss, to gaining muscle mass and flexibility to just staying healthy as they age. 
I am committed to helping each and every one of my clients achieve their health and fitness goals.  I know that I can help you, no matter what your goals are. 
 
In addition to my personal training certifications I am also a state-licensed, nationally certified massage therapist and have been for over 8 years. I received my massage therapy education from the Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln, NE.  However, since receiving that education I have gone on and received specialized education in Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Myofascial Release, and Sports Massage. 

My massage clientele runs the full spectrum, similar to my Personal Training clients, however I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Most of my clients are people who walk in the door with some problem area, whether it’s back pain from sitting at their desk too long or leg and low back pain from distance running.
