Training is unique in that it's a
totally private personal
training studio, so your complete
attention can be given to the workout at hand and my
complete attention can be given to you. The only
person training in my studio is YOU.

There are also no
distractions at ELS Massage &
Personal Training that will take your mind away form the
workout. If you've ever exercised in a conventional
health club or fitness center you know that there are
distractions everwhere from the bad music blaring through
the bad speakers to the people who sit on one machine/bench
and hog it all evening to the lurkers who just kind of
freak you out or the guys checking themselves (or you) out
in the mirrors. None of that will be found at ELS.
Thankfully.
In addition to my private training, I also
offer small-group training and
ladies only boot camps. These small groups usually
consist of a husband and wife or a couple of friends
who have similar goals and could work well together.
Something else that makes training at ELS
Massage & Personal Training truly unique is that
given my background in massage therapy, especially Sports
Massage, it allows me to give every
one of my hourly clients a "Pre" and "Post" Sports Massage
before and after each training session.
This is done to help warm-up and cool-down the muscles as well
as increase flexibility. Plus, it just feels good.

Your workouts will
never be boring or stale at ELS. Workouts
are changed everytime you come to train so that you never reach
a plateau and you are always learning new movements and
challenging your body in new, fresh ways.
